Picton Manor is owned by SeniorsCare, a Canadian company whose owner has been involved with the long-term care and retirement residences since 1974. SeniorsCare owns and operates Applefest Lodge in Brighton and Bracebridge Villa in Muskoka. Both residences are in good standing with the Ontario Residence Care Association. The President of SeniorsCare has previously been with the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nursing Home Association (now Ontario Long-Term Care Association) and is the founding President of Ontario Residential Long-Term Care Association (now Ontario Residential Care Association).
